HawkPrevail Website Service Features
After the investment of setting up/developing a new website on the Avid Hawk service (set up pricing varies based on client needs), the HawkPrevail website service starts at only $175 per month and is loaded with the following core features.
Accessibility
The HawkPrevail package delivers comprehensive accessibility features. New sites are built with WCAG 2.2 standards in mind, backed by monthly automated scans and annual assistive technology reviews to catch and resolve issues as they arise. Code remediation features are also included to keep your site on track, and accessibility reports are retained for a minimum of seven years. Add-ons are available for purchase if more frequent scanning or other features are needed.
Privacy-First
Our in-house analytics platform sets no non-essential cookies, which may help reduce the compliance burden around cookie consent for businesses and organizations that have these concerns. The solutions included in the HawkPrevail website service are designed to be privacy-first by default — meaning you will likely not need cookie banners, as long as no third-party code that sets non-essential cookies is introduced.
Infrastructure & Backup
HawkPrevail website service includes up to 20GB of website-related file storage, up to 2,000GB of monthly bandwidth, and an SSL certificate. Website-related files are backed up on a regular schedule — daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly. Additional storage and bandwidth options are available for purchase if needed.
Site Modernization
Every 60 months, you'll have the option to select from modernization options made available by Avid Hawk. This feature helps ensure your website never becomes outdated — keeping your website current without surprise rebuild costs.
Update Service
Up to 5 hours per month (use it or lose it) of text and image updates on existing website pages performed by Avid Hawk staff — many clients find this a valuable time-saver, allowing them to focus on running their business rather than managing their website. Where needed, we can also make select areas of the site self-manageable, such as a blog, minutes & agendas, or similar sections. Simply let us know if this is needed, and we can get those areas added to your admin area.
Advanced Reporing
Get detailed reports showing information related to search engine rankings, on-page SEO analysis, code quality, and more — all delivered to your reports area. HawkPrevail customers also have access to their website analytics directly from their administrative area. Competitor analysis add-on is available for an additional $75 per month.
Extra Admin Security
In addition to our standard security features, admin systems are protected by geo-IP country-level blocking, reducing exposure to automated attack traffic from outside your region.
Code Quality
In addition to the accessbility scans previously mentioned, every site on the HawkPrevail package is run through the W3C validator criteria. Clean, standard-compliant code — no bloated builders.
